At Bike Rental Japan, our English-speaking owners and staff are committed to your safety and satisfaction. We provide a fully English-friendly environment to ensure you are 100% informed and comfortable before you head out.
Upon arrival at your allotted time slot, our team will greet you to finalize your booking and complete the rental contract. To get you on the road quickly, we will:
Verify Documentation: Please ensure you have your Passport, Home License, and International Driving Permit (IDP) with you, as these must be carried at all times while riding.
Finalize Paperwork: We will prepare your final contract based on your documents.

Gear Fitting: Provide and fit any helmets or riding gear previously requested.
Bike Inspection: Conduct a pre-rental inspection for any existing damage.
Orientation: Demonstrate the specific functions, controls, and standard equipment of your motorcycle.
We are happy to answer any questions regarding our terms or provide personalized route recommendations and local riding tips. You will also receive our emergency contact numbers before setting off.
Note on Timing: While this process can take as little as 10 minutes, it may take longer if you require gear adjustments or detailed route guidance. Each booking is allotted a one-hour time slot to ensure you never feel rushed.
Unless a "self-drop-off" procedure has been pre-arranged, a staff member will meet you at your allotted return time.
We love hearing about your journey! After a quick final inspection of the bike, you’ll be ready to head to your next destination. The local train station is just minutes away, providing easy access back to Osaka or onward through Japan.
