Upon arrival at your allotted time slot, our team will greet you to finalize your booking and complete the rental contract. To get you on the road quickly, we will:
Verify Documentation: Please ensure you have your Passport, Home License, and International Driving Permit (IDP) with you, as these must be carried at all times while riding.
Finalize Paperwork: We will prepare your final contract based on your documents.
Safety Briefing: Confirm you have watched our Safe Riding in Japan video.
Gear Fitting: Provide and fit any helmets or riding gear previously requested.
Bike Inspection: Conduct a pre-rental inspection for any existing damage.
Orientation: Demonstrate the specific functions, controls, and standard equipment of your motorcycle.
We are happy to answer any questions regarding our terms or provide personalized route recommendations and local riding tips. You will also receive our emergency contact numbers before setting off.
Note on Timing: While this process can take as little as 10 minutes, it may take longer if you require gear adjustments or detailed route guidance. Each booking is allotted a one-hour time slot to ensure you never feel rushed.
Unless a "self-drop-off" procedure has been pre-arranged, a staff member will meet you at your allotted return time.
We love hearing about your journey! After a quick final inspection of the bike, you’ll be ready to head to your next destination. The local train station is just minutes away, providing easy access back to Osaka or onward through Japan.

To ensure a smooth pickup process, please ensure you meet the following criteria and have all physical documents ready upon arrival.
We are required by Japanese law to take copies of your documentation for the rental agreement. You must present:
A Valid Motorcycle License: This must be either a Japanese Driver’s License, a valid International Driving Permit (IDP 1949 convention Booklet type only issued from your country of issuing licnece)
Or a permit from a country with a specialized treaty with Japan (please click here for the full list of recognized permits).
Passport or Residence Card: Your physical passport (or Zairyu card for residents) is required.
Credit Card: For payment and security purposes.
Minimum Experience: You must have at least one year of riding experience on a motorcycle of a similar size or displacement to the one you intend to rent.
Safety First: For your safety and ours, we reserve the right to refuse a rental if we feel a rider does not have the necessary experience to handle a specific model.
Minimum Age: All riders must be 20 years of age or older.

Capacity Note: Please be aware that smaller motorcycles and off-road models have limited luggage capacity.
Complimentary Storage: We provide secure storage at our facility for any personal luggage you wish to leave behind during your rental.
Smartphone Holder: We provide Quad Lock-compatible mounts as standard. While we carry a limited number of universal mounts, they are not guaranteed to be in stock. We recommend bringing your own Quad Lock case or universal Quad lock adapter to keep your Phone and phones camera safe.
USB Power: Motorcycles are equipped with USB outlets to keep your devices charged. Please bring your own charging cable.
ETC Machine: All bikes are fitted with Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) units for Japanese highways. Note: Due to local regulations, we cannot provide the ETC card itself; you will need to provide your own or pay tolls manually at the "Cash"or Credit Card" accepted at Toll gates.
Full Tank of Gas: Every rental starts with a full tank so you can hit the road immediately.
Emergency Roadside Kit: For your peace of mind, each bike includes:

We maintain a strict policy against the use of tank bags of any type (including magnetic or strap-on designs).
In the past, these bags have caused permanent scratches and damage to the motorcycle’s paintwork. To maintain the condition of our fleet, customers are not permitted to attach or use tank bags during the rental period. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our bikes in top condition.
